Husqvarna Group, a Swedish manufacturer, has awarded HCLTech a five-year extension to a strategic IT and digital transformation contract. The financials of the transaction were not disclosed.

 

Under the new five-year agreement, HCLTech will offer its AI, digital, engineering and support services to Husqvarna Groups’ IT environments through hyper-personalized, adaptive, AI-based solutions and a collaborative governance framework, as per economic times. 

 

This is a significant milestone for HCLTech because it is the first time a large worldwide IT contract by an India-based technology business has been Vested certified, according to the company. Vested contracts aim to foster an environment that fosters highly collaborative corporate relationships.
